Mechanical & Electrical
We carry out PPM Servicing to Mechanical and Electrical services to the industry recognised standards and regulations. As an integral part of our business we provide free of charge quotations, site surveys, energy reviews/consultancy on any Electrical installation on request.
Construction
Our Construction Project team manage projects ranging from small area refreshes up to large refurbishments and extensions to existing buildings. We are competent in Design and Build contracts covering CDM regulations. Working closely with our clients we hold monthly update meetings to ensure clear channels of communication are active and available in for all parties. This also means we can offer a more proactive service opposed to being reactive.

Facilities Management
Our Facilities Management department are experienced in mobilising large contracts covering numerous disciplines across the South and Southwest of England. We ensure monthly meetings with clients, regular site visits and ensure the level of service is agreed and fulfilled as per agreed SLAs. Over 20+ years we have honed our service to ensure efficiency and good quality of work as well as prompt completion of remedial actions required. We work closely with our clients to look after their best interest and ensure compliance is a top priority on all sites. Our coverage for all client sites enables us to achieve emergency response times of no longer than 4 hours at present.
